Client Assistance Program.
What is it?
The client assistance program is for clients who have a hardship or a situation whereby they need assistance. Please complete the form below and we will reach out to you within 12 to 24 hours. If this is an emergency, please call (415) 720-4458.
Who can be
recipient?
Clients who have sickle cell and have documentation proving need for emergency funds are eligible to sign up for assistance from this program.
Eligibility Requirements
Proof from a doctor regarding the type of sickle cell they have.
Be located in California, preferably the Bay Area.
